Service Description

This class combines the functional core strength focus of mat Pilates and the total body toning using weights of our Yoga Strength into a spicy, quick paced workout. This class is designed to build overall muscle tone, increase muscle and cardiac endurance, while also strengthening the deep core, supporting not just your yoga practice, but your life off the mat as well! Class will be heated to 85 degrees so bring your mat, sweat towel and water. Open to all levels. Studio heated to 85. Grab your mat, water and sweat towel to join in the fun!

Cancellation Policy

Cancel a minimum of 2 hours prior to avoid being charged a late or no-show fee of $10. The charge will automatically be billed to the card on file. With our class size minimum, we hold class with the anticipation everyone who is signed up will be there. Classes with less than the minimum required will cancel 1.5 hours before scheduled start time. An email notification will be sent. By registering for class, you agree to these terms. NOTICE: For our 5:00am classes. Kindly register by 8:00pm the night prior. Enrollment will be reviewed at 8:15pm the night before. If class minimum is not met, class will be cancelled. This is to ensure the safety for all. Registration. If you are not sure of your schedule, sign up closer to the start of class. Sign up minimum of 15- minutes prior to class. Class registration will close at this time. All sales final.
